is the General Partner Controller of KRG Capital. Ms. Wood joined KRG Capital in 1996 as Office Manager. From 1995 to 1996, Ms. Wood was a legal assistant with Hogan & Hartson LLP. Prior to that, Ms. Wood was a legal assistant and legal secretary at law firms in California and Hawaii. Ms. Wood graduated with honors from Regis University in 2006 with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Finance and in 2011 with a Master of Science in Accounting. Ms. Wood is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
