Managing Director Mr. Fisher, joined the Firm in 2007 as a Managing Director and is a member of the Investment Committee for Fund IV. Mr. Fisher has over 20 years of business experience in mergers and acquisition, corporate finance, business development and operations across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining KRG, Mr. Fisher served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Administration for Accellent Inc., a former KRG Fund I portfolio company. Accellent is a leading provider of manufacturing, supply chain and engineering services to the medical device industry and was principally formed through nine strategic acquisitions prior to its November 2005 sale to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. ("KKR"). Prior to joining Accellent, Mr. Fisher was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of GenTek, Inc, a global manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and other industrial products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fisher was a Manager of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets in the Treasurers' Office of General Motors Corporation.
Mr. Fisher serves as a director of KRG portfolio companies AllPoints, Cetero Research, Focus Corporation, PetroChoice and Vention Medical, Inc. Mr. Fisher earned a BS in Accounting summa cum laude from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance with distinction from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
