KRG Capital Partners Completes Sale of Ansira
DENVER, CO (December 21, 2016) – KRG Capital Partners (KRG), a Denver-based buyout firm, today announced that it has completed the sale of Ansira Partners, Inc. (Ansira), a leading data-driven, technology-enabled marketing solutions provider, to Advent International. Financial terms were not disclosed.

KRG acquired Ansira in March 2012, and the sale represents the 9th successful full exit in KRG’s $1.96 billion Fund IV.
Petsky Prunier Securities and Lincoln International served as financial advisors and Kirkland & Ellis served as legal advisor to Ansira on the transaction.
