inquiries directly from business
owners and managers, as well as from intermediaries, attorneys, accountants, financial advisors and consultants.
We do not require a written business plan in order to discuss an opportunity. KRG Capital will pay finder's
fees in cash and when appropriate, in equity, for introductions that lead to completed transactions. All
information is held in strict confidence. KRG Capital has an extensive list of professional references
that includes our current management teams, institutional limited partners, investment banks, lenders,
legal counsel, accountants and other professionals. We will gladly make this list available upon request.
KRG
Capital will execute a confidentiality agreement and quickly commence a preliminary due diligence review. We
then seek to enter into a non-binding letter of intent early in the process. Once executed, we will complete
a formal due diligence review in concert with our lenders, simultaneously with the negotiation of a formal acquisition
agreement.
