Mr. Hayes joined the Firm in 2006.
Prior to joining KRG, Mr. Hayes was an Associate at Norwest
Mezzanine Partners ("NMP"), a Minneapolis-based mezzanine fund.
At NMP, Mr. Hayes focused on portfolio management and analyzing
potential investments primarily in the business services
and consumer products industries. Prior to NMP, Mr. Hayes worked
at U.S. Bank in both the Special Assets Group and the Leveraged
Lending Group. Mr. Hayes' experience at U.S. Bank focused
primarily on private equity sponsored middle market leveraged
buyout transactions, where he participated in all aspects
of senior debt transactions. Mr. Hayes graduated with a B.A.
in Management from St. John's University.
