Chief
Financial Officer. Teresa joined the Firm as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and is directly responsible for the Firm’s accounting and tax matters with secondary responsibility for various investor relations and legal matters. From 1999 to 2006, Ms. Cunningham served as Chief Financial Officer of Telecom Partners, a venture-capital firm with four funds and over $645 million of committed capital, where she was responsible for all investor-relations matters including capital calls, distributions, treasury, financial and tax reporting, and review and administration of its legal matters. From 1993 to 1999, Teresa was with KPMG, a Big Four public-accounting firm, providing accounting and business advisory services to clients ranging in size from small closely held organizations and start-ups to multinational publicly held corporations. Ms. Cunningham earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado in 1988.
