Vice
President. Mr. King joined the Firm as an Associate in
2007, and was promoted to Vice President in 2008. Prior to
joining the firm in 2007, Mr. King worked for Code Hennessy & Simmons
LLC in Chicago, where he focused his investment efforts primarily
on business services and healthcare opportunities. Mr. King's
employment with CHS spanned a period of six years, including
time before and after earning his MBA from the Kellogg School
of Management. Prior to working for CHS, Mr. King was an Analyst
in Merrill Lynch's investment banking practice. While
at Merrill Lynch, Mr. King completed public offerings of debt
and equity securities and also advised clients on mergers and
acquisitions across a broad array of industries. Mr. King earned
his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
