President.
Mr. Thompson joined the Firm as an Associate in 2007, and
was promoted to Vice President in 2008. Prior to joining
the firm in 2007, Mr. Thompson was a Vice President with
Heritage Partners, a Boston-based middle-market private equity
firm. At Heritage, Mr. Thompson focused on leveraged buyouts
and recapitalizations of family-owned and privately-held
businesses in the distribution, business services, industrial,
and media sectors. Prior to Heritage, Mr. Thompson was an Analyst
with Harris Williams & Co. where he completed numerous middle-market
merger and acquisition advisory assignments across a broad range
of industries. Mr. Thompson graduated from Washington and Lee
University with a B.A. in Economics.
