Bennett R. Thompson, Vice President. Mr. Thompson joined the Firm as an Associate in 2007 and was promoted to Vice President in 2008. Mr. Thompson has focused primarily on the healthcare services, distribution and business services sectors and currently serves on the board of directors of AllPoints and is an officer and regular board observer of Aurora Diagnostics, Avizent, and Federal. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Thompson was a Vice President with a $1.4 billion Boston-based, middle-market private equity firm where he focused on leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations of privately-held businesses in the business services, distribution, healthcare and media markets. Previously, Mr. Thompson was an Analyst with Harris Williams & Co. where he completed numerous middle-market merger and acquisition advisory assignments across a broad range of industries. Mr. Thompson graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Economics.
