Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Nelson worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in New York for Bank of America Merrill Lynch as part of the Global Technology, Media and Telecom Group where he worked on several M&A, equity and debt transactions. Mr. Nelson graduated from Yale University where he earned a BA in Economics.
