Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Ferguson worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Charlotte for Wachovia Securities in the Industrials Group where he worked on several M&A, equity and debt transactions. Mr. Ferguson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hampden-Sydney College where he earned a BS in Biology and Economics.
