Mississippi River System, Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, and near-shore
and offshore tug markets.

Marquette’s diverse customer base
includes leading agribusinesses, freight companies, utilities, bargelines,
marine construction companies, dredging companies, oilfield services
companies, and salvage companies that require quality “Jones
Act” horsepower.
Marquette operates through three primary divisions: (i) River
Division – Providing large horsepower towing and logistics
services to customers transporting primarily dry cargo on the Mississippi
River and surrounding waterways; (ii) Gulf Inland Division – Providing
small horsepower towing services to customers transporting liquid
and dry cargo on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway; (iii) Offshore Division – Providing
near-shore and offshore tug and towing services for construction
companies, dredging operators, salvage companies and oilfield services
companies throughout the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, and Eastern Seaboard.
In total, the Company operates approximately 110 tow and tug boats
and a fleet of approximately 700 dry cargo barges. If placed end
to end, Marquette’s marine equipment would stretch nearly 30
miles.
