Kate S. Matheny, Chief Financial
Officer.
Ms. Matheny joined the Firm as Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Ms. Matheny has direct responsibility over the financial statements of the Funds and General Partners, as well as the related tax matters, and oversees the Accounting and Administrative departments. Previously, Ms. Matheny was with Black Creek Capital, an international private equity real estate firm where she served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Tax, and was responsible for the financial statements, tax returns and other financial, accounting and tax aspects of various funds. Prior to her role with Black Creek Capital, Ms. Matheny was with Republic Financial Corporation, an investment company located in the Denver area, where she was the Managing Director of Finance of Tax, Prior to Republic Financial Corporation, Ms. Matheny was with a nationally recognized public accounting firm providing tax and business advisory services to a number of publicly and privately held companies. Ms. Matheny holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Colorado State University, a Masters of Science from Colorado State University and is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
