Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Brown worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Chicago for William Blair & Company as part of the Technology Group where he worked on several M&A and equity transactions. Mr. Brown graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a BBA majoring in both Finance and Real Estate.
